- From the Tandem Mobi mobile app Dashboard screen, tap Settings.
- Tap CGM.
- Tap Stop G6 Sensor or Stop G7 Sensor.
- Tap Yes to confirm.
The Replace Sensor icon will appear in the place where sensor glucose readings normally show.
New sensor glucose readings do not show on your Tandem Mobi mobile app after your sensor session ends. To receive new sensor glucose readings, you must insert a new sensor and start a new session.
Control-IQ technology will not operate during the sensor startup period or after the CGM sensor session is ended. The pump must be actively receiving glucose readings from the sensor for Control-IQ technology to operate. Sensor glucose alerts and alarms do not work after the sensor session ends. Once the sensor session has ended, CGM readings are not available.
